What we collect
Browsing this site doesn't create an account, a profile, or a tracking cookie — we don't run analytics or advertising scripts. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to give us:
Booking a call. The contact page uses Cal.com to schedule calls. When you pick a slot, Cal.com collects your name, email address and the details you enter, and processes it under its own privacy policy. We only see what's needed to run the call: your name, email, and whatever you tell us in the booking notes.
Emailing or messaging us. If you email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, contact details, and the content of your enquiry.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, schedule and run calls, and — if you become a client — to deliver and support the work. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone outside of running your project, and we don't use them for marketing you haven't asked for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a project are kept for as long as is reasonable to follow up, then deleted. Client information is kept for the life of the project and for a reasonable period after, to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
Third parties
We use a small number of third-party services to run the site and the studio: Cal.com (booking), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), and standard email providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. This site doesn't embed third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it directly — no ticket system, no runaround.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
